‘Tis the season for hosting friends and family and we are sharing our top tips for creating a welcoming guest room. Plus prepare to impress with a Blushing Martini!

1.   The Guest Room

If you are having guests to stay over the holiday season, then it may be time to refresh the guest bedroom. There are many details you can introduce to the guest room to help it feel welcoming and relaxed... All the things you want to feel on a summer vacay!

These are some of our top tips for enhancing the guest bedroom.

• Offer lovely linens and cosy throws
• Add some fresh flowers or faux greenery.
• Have practical storage solutions.
• Provide a great reading light and mirror.
• A pretty candle and magazine is a lovely finishing touch.

 3. Coconut Blush Martini

8 Raspberries (plus extra, for garnish)

add Ice Cubes

80 mls Gin

60 mls Chambord

200 mls Coconut Water

Directions:

1. Smash the fresh raspberries to release their colour and flavour, then place into a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice cubes, gin, Chambord and coconut water.

3. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glasses.

4. Garnish with skewered raspberries. YUM!!
