Phew! Another week, done and dusted. I hope you've all had a fabulous week so far!

Autumn is finally here and it's one of my favourite times of year - cosy nights in, warming drinks and time to start nesting for the cooler months ahead.
Welcome to our Weekly Seven series, where we can sit down - take a breath and reflect on the week that was. Here's a round up of all the gorgeous things I am loving this week, be sure to check them out and let us know what you think!

 1. Wallpaper Catalogue!

 2. Homemade Vanilla Chai

I love a good spiced or vanilla chai and with my new found favourite oat milk this homemade recipe is perfect for autumn. (Thanks Sam! We love your chef and baking skills!!) Peep at the recipe below!

 3. Retail Rockstars!

We have a fabulous team and many of you will have met our latest addition to Feather and Oak - Kayla!

 4. Holiday Plans

I am heading down to Queenstown at the end of April to work and holiday with the family. I would love to hear of your favourite places to eat and drink and any special activities or spots that you can recommend.

I can't wait to look over a couple of exciting projects I have starting down there (I will keep you posted!) and also be a tourist in one of the most beautiful spots in NZ. Hit me with your recommendations - I would be very grateful!!

 5. New In Store

We have had a lovely drop of new products this week including lots of cool side tables, a beautiful floor standing mirror, cushions and more.

Come in and check out the new additions to the shop floor and find an autumn treat for your home!!

 6. Winter Windows

With the cooler nights and crisp mornings starting to make a regular appearance it is a good time to be thinking about dressing your windows for winter.

We have some gorgeous fabrics at really achievable prices. When they are manufactured well with good linings they not only look beautiful but help your home thermally as well.

 7. Autumn-ness

I love autumn. It is such a pretty time of year with the foliage colour, warm settled weather and crisp nights so you can legitimately snuggle under cosy blankets.

Our family loves having bonfires and roasting marshmallows - it's one of the best things about Autumn!! With a massive pile of hedge trimmings this weekend is the start of marshmallow season for Team Husband.
