The Weekly Seven

Hello Sunday! Here are some of my favourite things this week. I hope you are having a wonderful long Easter weekend, creating memories or sharing in some fun family traditions!

1.  Magic Forest Wallpaper

Coloured in a pastel-hued palette of pinks and greens set against a pretty yellow backdrop, our Magic Forest wallpaper has been designed in collaboration with Swedish lifestyle brand Newbie. Featuring adorable illustrations of a series of woodland creatures, it creates a sweet and soothing space for children to grow and learn in. Hang it in your home to nurture a love of nature in your little ones.

2. Benedetto Fabric

A versatile striped voile with bands of drawn threads creating a wonderful sheer effect. This medium weight, 100% linen has been tumbled for extra softness and easy draping. The wide width makes it a perfect choice for stylish curtains.

 3. Lolly Light

Inspired by the streamline art deco period between functionalism and modernism. The Lolly lamp has an elegant and delicate silhouette.

This lovely lamps has a beautiful, ribbed surface with a metal base and an opal glass shade, which illuminates the room with a soft and warm light - it is super pretty as the evenings grow darker!

 4. Storm + India Karen Walker Tea

This tea captures the feeling of pure happiness! An uplifting blend of organic black tea, strawberries, pink peppercorns and guarana berries. Lush, ripe and delicious, enjoy any time of day for a refreshing pick-me-up. I find waiting for the kettle to boil and the tea to steep is a good pause in the day to take a few deep breaths and relax the tension build-up and there is nothing quite like holding the warm cup of tea after it's made!

 5. Free Motorisation

Windoware have extended their offer for free motorisation throughout April on roller blinds. This is the perfect opportunity to upgrade your blinds for winter. Motorisation is truly a game changer and once you have them installed you will wonder how you ever made do without them.

 6. Ask Katy

We recently asked on social media what you wanted to learn more about. A great question we received was 'what type of curtains are best for homes with high gable ceilings?' This style of home is architecturally popular right now, but does pose some tricky questions around sun and shade protection. I have shared some curtain tips over on the blog!

 7. Easter Traditions

At Easter it's fun to create some family traditions and one thing that is cute to do with kids is create these lovely bunny pikelets. It's simple to create the bunny head with one large dollop of mixture for the head and then two thin strips spread to create bunny ears. You can add a tablespoon of our West Coast Cocoa dark hot chocolate powder and a teaspoon of spice to a simple pikelet recipe for an extra rich flavour. So yummy! (And who is loving the amazing pink kiwifruit? It is a firm favourite in our household!)

Enjoy the holidays!!
